If you are eligible for a license otherwise (for instance
no suspensions, delinquent status, or immigration issues)
you can drive for the ten days following your DUI arrest
using the DUI citation as your driving permit and continue
to earn a livelihood. You must act fast, however, and come
discuss your case with me in my office before the ten days
expire or you may forfeit your right to a hearing that
will allow you to continue driving and to continue to
support your family.
I will file for a hearing on your behalf that will
preserve your right to drive. Pending the hearing I will
attain for you a driving permit for business and
employment purposes driving that allows you to drive while
we wait for your hearing date that’s approximately 30—45
days.
I have been successful in the overwhelming majority of
such hearings and like in those cases if I am successful
on your behalf you will have your original driving right
restored. Allow my experience and talent to work for you.
