Training and Supervisory Experience
During his tenure as a county court prosecutor, based on
his achievements and work ethic, he was designated a
"Committed Prosecutor". As a committed prosecutor he had
the responsibility of training new prosecutors in all
areas of the law including DUI, traffic matters and all
other crimes in addition to case and trial preparation as
well as office and courtroom procedures.
Education / Training
Yoel Molina is a graduate of Miami Senior High
School, Miami, Fl., Class of 1992. Upon graduation he
enrolled at the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia
Tech) Atlanta, GA., where he earned Academic Dean's List
Honors while lettering in football, even earning Sporting
News Freshman All American Honors. He graduated from
Georgia Tech in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in
International Affairs.
After a brief stint as substitute teacher at Citrus Grove
Middle School, Miami, Fl. in 1998 he enrolled in the
University of Maine School of Law in Portland, Maine.
During his time there he again earned Dean's List
recognition for his academic accomplishments. During his
time in law school he was an active member of the law
school community participating in many law school
activities and functions, such as the Student Bar
Association of which he was President for the 1999-2000
term.
Additionally, he was awarded an internship for his final
year of law school in the local prosecutor's office.
During this internship though he was only a law student he
was personally responsible for the criminal prosecution of
hundreds of cases from filing decisions to trial and
appellate litigation.
At graduation he was co-recipient of the University of
Maine School of Law Alumni Service Award and the Student
Bar Association's sole recipient of its Distinguished
Service Award. He graduated from the University of Maine
School of Law in May, 2001.
